Secily currently serves as the Director of Community Relations for the YMCA of Central Florida. She is the mother of 2 daughters, a Telly Award winning broadcast journalist, media communications professional, Mrs. Florida International 1999 and founder of her own non-profit WOW Legacy Group Inc. which supports women in transition. For more than 20 years Secily delivered hard hitting, inspiring and entertaining reports in news, lifestyle, art and entertainment. Over the years Secily has interviewed notables like Oprah, Civil Rights icon Andrew Young, former NFL coach Tony Dungy, former CNN anchor Soladad O’Brien and many others.
Secily has the ability to connect with audiences, viewers and listeners alike . She has a commanding presence and the ability to light up a room without saying a word. Her transparency allows others to see that beyond the name recognition, cameras and makeup she is relatable. Secily made her debut as the Red Carpet correspondent at the 2010 Soul Train Music Awards the Tom Joyner Morning Show, BET and Centric TV.
She is passionate about issues like stroke awareness and domestic violence. Secily is often found giving back to her community, spreading awareness and volunteering. She received her broadcast journalism degree from Valdosta State University, is a member of Jack and Jill of America Inc.
Natalia Scott is a co-owner and managing partner of Compass Law. Natalia was born in Poland and moved to Florida as a child. She earned both of her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Philosophy from the Burnett Honors College at the University of Central Florida. Go Knights! She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. She began her legal career in the family law field, gaining experience in various areas affecting children and families. Natalia went on to work as a criminal prosecutor handling cases from simple misdemeanors to complex first degree felonies. After working for several years in the criminal justice system, Natalia recognized that her passion was still with serving families in the family law arena. She joined Compass Law in 2014 where she continues to serve Central Florida families in all of their family law related needs, including dissolution of marriage, adoption, and dependency. Natalia maintains strong ties within the community by being a board member with Young Life of Northeast Orlando as well as actively participating in her local church, Grace Orlando. Natalia lives in Central Florida with her husband Trent, a local commercial real estate broker, and their three children.
