May Forum: "Mastering Time - Get It Done"

  • First Presbyterian Church of Orlando 106 E. Church Street Orlando, FL (map)

Are you living the life you were created for? In today's culture, women have more, get to do more and be more than ever before.  Yet, women are starved to live a life with deep purpose and meaning. We are often so busy living a life we think others need us to live, that we cannot live the life we were created for. What gets in the way of that? We are distracted by judgement, comparison, busyness and lack of self compassion. As well as, focusing our attention and energy on what we think we want and not what lies in the bottom of our heart.

Our May forum will feature three "Get It Done" leaders including Heather Case - Founder and Executive Director of One Purse, Jessica Thomas - Founder and Principal Attorney at Thomas Law Firm, PLLC, and Jeanette Johnson - Creator of J's Everyday Fashion The panel will be facilitated by Beth Rudloff.

Heather is passionate about providing education regarding sex trafficking, and what it looks like in our American culture. She is particularly focused on sharing awareness with teens and young adults, who are the most vulnerable generation in history to face this form of modern-day slavery. Today, through One Purse, Heather helps sex trafficking survivors take hold of a new vision for their lives through the One Purse Restore Her Dream Fund which provides vocational and educational scholarships to survivors and encourages them to pursue a new dream for their future.
